I have had nothing ,but bad experiences. I have given many chances and hopes it would be better. I had a tooth pulled once and it took over two hours and they couldn$0027t keep me num. It was SO painful!! Then I have been rescheduled three times for a cleaning.
They did a fillinh on my front tooth and it is falling off already. It was done six months ago. I would highly recommend NOT going here!!

What a complete nightmare! This was at Ladd dental in wabash Indiana. I went about a month ago and got impressions taken for full immediate dentures. Paid 955$ out of my pocket before I could get impressions done which is a lot for me but needed to get it done. I made the appointment for extractions and getting the same day dentures for may 10 at 9am. My fiancee took the day off work to stay with our 1 year old son. My mom took day off work so she could take me to dentist. So I get there they take me back the girl is really nice but cant remember her name she has been there last few times but had no complaint about her at all she answered all my questions and tried to calm my nerves. All was well until she showed me my dentures my mom and I about died. I$0027m not sure what happened or who made them but they looked ridiculous! The teeth looked like the size of my sons teeth I$0027m not joking! It was horrible. They were nowhere near the size of my original teeth. I know they aren$0027t going to be identical but I have also seen many temporary dentures out of mouth and they did not look like these. I didnt get rude I was just concerned and told assistant what I thought. I told her I didnt want to get it done just to look stupid. The dentist comes in and instantly got rude to both my mom and I. Told my mom to shut up and stop scaring me. It wasn$0027t just her concern it was both of ours. At this time I know hes mad at us and I$0027m upset too because I know I$0027m going to look ridiculous after I get teeth out plus hes mad so didnt know how he was going to do now. He leaves room for about 5 mins comes back in and said » do you want to go home»? I said I think before I go through all of this pain and everything I shouldn$0027t be unhappy with what I spent almost a thousand dollars on. He tells me to just leave and go to Aspen dental or another dentist and that hes never had someone do this before. So we left. I have never been treated like this before by a health care worker. I$0027m not a rude person and dont expect to pay money to be treated badly and yelled at. He was very unprofessional. When I$0027m paying almost a thousand dollars for something I dont think it$0027s too much to ask to be satisfied. I guess that$0027s why they take money up front because they know theres nothing you can do no matter how horrible they look. I would never recommend anyone go here especially for dentures. Like I said I$0027ve seen plenty of temporary dentures in and out of mouth and have never seen anything like what they tried to give me yesterday. So not only am I out the 900$ for dentures but my mom and fiance both took day off work without pay. Oh well guess it$0027s better than walking around with dentures with baby sized teeth.
