Horrible. Just plain horrible. I went in trying to get a second opinion and to see what all I could do with or without insurance. I went in and got my X-rays, the dental assistant was nice and the front receptionist was nice. But the dentist? Little Asian lady…NEVER once introduced herself. Came barging in, took one simple glance at my X-rays, turned to me and ask what do you want me to do?. Well Im not sure thats why I am here!!! Then once I told her what the other dentist at another place said, she pretty much agreed and said if you dont have money you cant get anything done, you need money to get your teeth fixed and if you dont have money oh well. I literally walked out CRYING my eyes out. Im a single mother of four kids. No I dont have the extra money and I dont have the best insurance, BUT that doesnt give that dentist the right to humiliate me or discriminate against me because of the type of insurance I have. I will never return there and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome people!! I dont know what everyones problem is, i went in for a first time denture appointment and the staff are professional. There are lots of reviews about the front desk staff that are negative, but i didnt see it, these ladies are very busy and maybe that could just be read wrong. I waited only 30 min and in that time at least 7 to 8 people came and went and all seemed happy to me. I think when you have a place like this that makes getting your smile back affordable(and it really is)then of course its going to be busy and the staff here are just trying to meet the demand. I think people should remember that we are all human and think of how you would feel on the other side. Professionalism often comes without emotion especially in 2021 when ii is so easy to offend others its probably best not to engage and just stay professional. I for one found the staff, starting at the desk to be just that. I would for sure recommend them.

Let me start off by saying I have a deep seeded fear of the dentist office in general. What I want to see is a friendly face greeting me to set my nerves on ease a bit. Well this was not my experience. I took the new patient paperwork in the day before my appointment on my lunch break so that my appointment would go faster the next day. I walked in and waited for the very rude lady to finish playing on her phone to acknowledge me. I tell her I have an appointment the next day and just wanted to turn in my paperwork. And she then without being asked cause I$0027m still in shock she says «I hope you have the money for your x-rays cause it$0027s not free». I never thought it would be but ok. The next day I$0027m greeted with another winner. I take the paperwork to my car and wait on a call from them to say they are ready for me. My phone screens calls that are unknown so when I see I have a call being screened I pick up and hear the lady saying «you$0027ve got to be kidding me, and curses and hangs up all the while I$0027m saying hello. I walk in and she says «I$0027m not calling you to talk to google». Which is my screening service. The dental assistant was amazing and the dentist was nice. However the experience I had with the front desk proves to override the experience I had in the back. I will not be a patient here due to the 2 people at that front desk!! I had money in hand and would have already scheduled my procedure but my business will be somewhere that has a friendly face to greet you along with an expert clinical staff. Before I was seen and charged it was explained to me they did not offer that service but would provided a dentist in the area that did. Hygienist and doctor were great. Reception staff need to be more personable, they did not smile when I entered or show much interest in my being there. They did answer my questions and after I completed the paperwork, they had me wait in my car until they were ready for me. Absolutely disgusted with how this place handles business. From staff to the dentist the most stuck up, pretentious people. Having paid $2400 for dentures that were crooked in the first place. I asked to have them adjusted. The dentist ultimately made me feel like i was wrong and the end result was her telling me i was no longer a patient there. Took the dentures and issued me a refund. I was absolutely terrified to come to the dentist in the first place and than have to ask for the dentures that i payed for to be slightly adjusted and to turn around and be told that i was wrong and i dont know what im talking about really took the cake for me. FROM START TO FINISH They made no step of this easier. Belittling not only me along the way but my mother who also wanted to make an appointment there but ended up making her leave in tears. I would suggest learning how to make your own dentures than give these professionals your hard earned money.

Affordable Dentures are affordable if you get just the basics or go with the lowest on their price scale. I have been to the Affordable Dentures in Pensacola on Davis Hwy. The process is quick and easy. My only thing is that when I showed up for first exam I was not allowed to sit in the lobby I was sent back outside to fill out all the required paperwork. I was called back into building as they were ready for me. When I got done with the exam and was walking out there was another woman sitting in the lobby filling out her paperwork. Horrible service. After waiting an hour just to get into I was told they had no idea when they would be able to work on me. Why schedule an appointment when you have no idea when they will take you?
This on top of waiting all the way through the Covid quarantine for my implant. By the way they never followed up me when they reopened. I had to call them five times and get no answer…..then stop into the location just to get the appointment.
