Very Very bad and consequential experience! I filled 3 teeth. None of them really were urgent to fill. Even Dr Swonke said they didn$0027t have to be filled but he wanted to fill and I accepted. All of them became highly sensitive the same day. After having them treated by another Dr, they stayed sensitive and I am still dealing with many consequences such as tooth pain, sensitivity, and even gum pain. and it has been 2 months now and I am still dealing with the problems that this dentist created for me. This is a great place to get work done. The environment is welcoming and warm. The office is very clean and well maintained (even during COVID, I felt completely safe being there). The Dental Assistant was very thorough and easy to communicate with. Dr. Swonke was personable and open to answering questions. Administrative staff were professional and friendly. Shady business practices here and poor customer service. My wife got a new plan that, unbeknownst to us, was out of network with Swonke. They knew it, went ahead with the visit, but didnt tell my wife at all. We only found out when we get a bill and an EOB from Aetna saying Swonke is out of network. Rachel offered to split the remaining due because she knew that what they did was wrong. If they screw you over like the did us, at least make sure they give you 50 percent off your remaining balance like they did for us.
