My family have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly, but seems to have a high turnover. The final straw was when I cracked my crown. I called to see if I could come in ASAP to file down the jagged edge so I wouldn$0027t cut my tongue. They told me that since this crown was on my treatment plan to be replaced that I should just come in to start that process. I asked how much it would be out of pocket, they said «$508.00». Then they proceeded to tell me when I could come in for that…as early as the next day. I ask if I had to pay the $508 at that time…they said at least half. I said I can$0027t pull $250.00 on such short notice. I then asked if, I could just come in to file down the jagged part of the crown and schedule the replacement appointment. I was then told, she didn$0027t know when I would be able to come in for that. But yet, I could come as early as tomorrow to start the replacement, but didn$0027t know when they could get me in to help me out in the interim. It was at this moment when both my husband and I both were done with this Dentist office. At this point, my tooth is still jagged and we are looking for new Dentist…one that doesn$0027t care just about pushing pricey work and one that will actually help when something unexpected comes up.

I havent seen a dentist in at least 15 years!! My wife and I came here and both of us are terrified of dental work. The staff made us feel comfortable and they treated us like people instead of shaming or lecturing us like most dentists do. Im terrible with names but the hygienist that worked on me was nothing but awesome. If youre scared to get back to taking care of your mouth again I 100% recommend greenmount family dentistry. Let them know your fears and they will make your journey seem like a walk in the park.

I had to schedule an emergency dentist appointment with this place but I ended up canceling because I found someone who could see me sooner. When I was scheduling the appointment the receptionist was very rude. It almost seemed like she was trying to not get me to schedule there because I told her I would have to pay out of pocket since they did not accept my insurance. She kept blowing me off but I had to insist that I needed the appointment since I was having extreme dental pain. I hope this woman is not like this to other patients. I was willing to spend a lot of money to get my pain taken care of but it seemed like since they didnt except my insurance I wasnt worth their time. I am very happy I found another dentist thats right up the street from them. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. No one needs such an unpleasant experience while theyre going through pain.

I thought the Dentist was very professional and calm throughout the whole process. I chose this dentist based on reviews from other patients and I am very happy for that decision.

I called Green Mount family Dentistry after I had lost a filling on a molar and developed an infection. I was in a lot of pain and they got me in as soon as they could to help me take care of my issue. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They are friendly and take great care of your needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I cant thank them enough for their help.
