Called 5 days ago to schedule an appointment for wisdom tooth extraction, they even offered to get me in the day I called! 5 days later and my teeth are all out. Speedy and great service thank you guys so much for working with my anxiety about the surgery it means more than you know ?? Dr Hashemian and his staff definitely do cater to cowards 🙂 He even personally called me 6 hours after surgery to make sure everything was alright. A bit pricey but its worth it. The doctor is very nice, but then again for the price, he should be. After, waiting 4 hours along with a friend for sedation, I was embarrassed for having my friend wait without any word from staff as to the reason. The office charges $185 to walk in, so the doctor can talk to you about your options. I found the bill to be outrageous, even though I did pay for it. I would suggest going somewhere else to get your teeth extracted.

I was in excruciating pain when my tooth literally broke in half. I was referred here by my dentist. Within 2 days i was in for surgery. I was sedated by IV. The whole experience was quick… No issues and now im pain free from that alful tooth. I had no issues at all with this place and they worked with my out of network insurance perfectly. 5 stars.

My experience was great here. I had 3 teeth pulled. The staff was wonderful. They were thorough with all paperwork and procedures. I was helped out of the building to recover at home after the appropriate recovery period In office. The DR. also called me the night of my surgery to check on me and how i was doing which i though was wonderful. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for reasonable prices and a great staff from the front off the office to the back.

My husband and I are new to the area. Being a dental hygienist it was up to me to research a dentist and oral surgeon. Turns out we needed Dr. Hashemian immediately. My husband was told to have a biopsy immediately for a questionable lesion. We were greeted in the office by the genuinely warm, knowledgeable and very courteous staff. Upon examination Dr. Hashemian set up the surgical suite, administered anesthesia and took the necessary tissue for the biopsy. It was sent to UF Shands for the pathology.
Results came back. Revisited the office and heard the good news! Not malignant!!!
Dr. Hashemian and his staff did an incredible job of making us comfortable. We are so appreciative.

Picked up paperwork on Fri., Feb 1, 2019 regarding dental implant surgery. Wendy informed me that I needed to place a deposit of $2000.00, which I did for surgery scheduled on Mon., Feb 4, 2019. Dr. Hashemian nor anyone on his staff discussed the sinus augmentation procedure, so I was under the impression that I was undergoing surgery for implants alone. At no time was I informed that the deposit was non-refundable.
I read over the paperwork with all the warnings associated with Sinus-Lift/Bone Grafting Procedure on Sat. Feb. 2, 2019, and realized that due to the fact that I sneeze and have to blow my nose a lot, this surgery was not for me. Of course the office is closed Sat. and Sun., so I could not opt out of the procedure until the day it was scheduled, Feb 4, 2019. After speaking to Eric and Wendy today, Feb. 7, 2019, .after many phone calls beginning Mon., Feb. 4, I was informed that Dr. Hashemian would not authorize a refund. Was told I need to speak to Mary, the office manager regarding a refund. Honestly, if Dr. Hashemian would not agree to it, how could speaking to the office manager change matters. Does anyone out there believe $2,000.00 is a reasonable amount to charge for circumstances leading to a cancelled appointment? Warning: Make sure you are given important information regarding surgery way before what amounted to 1 day in advance, due to the weekend closure of the office.

This is an incredible place from the beautiful office, to the friendly staff and most importantly the amazing Doctor!!! I had my second surgery in a 4 yr period there just recently on 10/4/17. Again it was a job beautifully done by Dr. Hashemian!! He is so wonderful, kind, gentle and pleasant natured!! I again walk out of a surgery with little to no pain, and the following day no need for even the medication prescribed… A follow up phone call from Dr. Hashemian himself the night of the surgery to check on how I was doing with reminders of the following days regimen. While I feel the staff is terrific and Dr. Hashemian is at top-notch dental surgeon, there were large gaps that should have been filled by the time I received my surgery / implants and when I left the office after the initial surgery.
I feel that people who are having implants should have their own post-surgery instructions rather than trying to discern which set of instructions relate to them regarding rinsing, and which products to use, as opposed to having all the instructions sort of globbed together on a sheet for other surgery patients.
I think it$0027s a bit much for patients who have the awful after-effects of the anesthetic for days afterwards to try to figure out if they should be rinsing with salt water or the prescription rinse that we were prescribed. The instructions say something like don$0027t use Peridex for 5 days. But the rinse I have is not Peridex. This is a serious procedure and I feel more care as to the after-instructions should be given.
