Puri Dentistry has an amazing team! Starting with Dr Puri. I have been going there for a few months already. I was very very nervous about going to see a dentist especially right know because of COVID-19. I needed to see a dentist ASAP and when I called them they took me in right away.
Dr Puri is the most caring, patient and professional doctor I have ever met. I mentioned to him and everyone in the office how scared and anxious I was to be in a dental office and everyone has made me feel safe every time I go. Everyone is so friendly and patient.
I want to mention that the Office Coordinator Irene Trujillo is amazing! Shes been helping me since day one with any questions about my insurance or any concerns. She makes sure the gets back to me with an answer right away. Shes super professional and friendly.
Puri Dentistry has become my family oral health care from now on!

My husband actually found this wonderful office and brought me along. I love from after the first visit they remembered my name which makes me feel valued as a patient. The women at the front ALWAYS greet you with a smile and a friendly hello! The Doctor and the Hygienist explain everything very thoroughly. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Puri and his staff. I Had a dental emergency on a Saturday and they fit me right in. The staff was so friendly and my experience was life changing. He refused to treat me and continued to talk to his patients about my treatment in front on everyone. I was waiting for my out of pocket refund and he yelled «shut up and get out of my office» . I called my insurance, it ended up that his office never submitted an approval authorization for the root canals I was there for. which means they never intended to provide 2000 worth of servic e. Wich explains why they cancelled the appointment without notice, tried to overcharged me on my out of pocket by 100 dollars and caused a scene when I asked questions about the changes of procedure and explained my concern about loosing my coverage if I didn$0027t get the work done as agreed. He also was very beligerant shouting «I don$0027t need your money». What a thing to say. I have a state issued insurance, which most of his patients use. I don$0027t believe he sees many private funding insurance policies. He works at a low income location. Where he has made most of his money. They had a whole month to refuse service if they didnt wanted to provide services because of their personal views, instead he waited until I was in the chair to ensure I couldn$0027t be seen by another dentist. Thanks to this dentist I will not be able to fix my root canals and I will go on the rest of my life with a bone infection, as he diagnosed .That can become a potential life threatening situation.
