**BEWARE** Scheduled an appointment for my son who had a toothache. The soonest they could see him was almost 10 days later! After my son waited the 10 days to be seen and after arriving at 8 for an 830 appt the receptionist came out to us saying they didnt take our insurance and that they would have called but had no call back number for us after having waited for atleast 45 min! First off I gave them both his insurance information as well as a callback number while on the phone making the appointment ! Isnt that pretty much the norm making any appointment? I was in shock and infuriated and all I got was a really unprofessional and very rude sorry meanwhile my sons mouth was still in pain! I$0027m not certain how these people stay in business! I usually never write reviews but felt an overwhelming need to hold them accountable! The service was so pathetic I$0027m going to be filing a complaint wit the Better Business Bureau as well! Avoid these crooks like the plague people!

The worse customer service ever . As a new patient , arrived to my appt at least 15/20 mins early as you would most new patient appt due to filling out new patient forms , arrived to a vacant building with a sign posted to call upon arrival for check in as i did. Unfortunately noone was to be seen nor heard off until about after 20 mins later . I was told by a recent patient that they was on lunch , however i wasnt informed this before my appt nor during my follow up the day before … i thought it was helpful to provide feedback of that to the receptionist about posting a sign to let new patients know when they are on break so that they are aware , however she was so unprofessional and very nonchalant about the feedback in a yeah whatever tone , immediately walked out after and will never recommend anyone to this establishment.

I am highly disappointed in this establishment. Ive been over charged by $1200.00. They charged me the price before they sent anything to my insurance company. If you have great insurance they will max out on it. Also, for these prices you would think they would exude some sort of class! Nope! The only person halfway decent is the doctor. This 2 month journey has left me in so much pain and agony. I am forced to file a complaint with The Georgia Board of Dentistry. This establishment needs to do better and not prey on their own kind. Its sickening!
Literally in pain as of today my tooth still isnt sitting right. I have never in my life experienced this lack of skill from a professional doctor.

Dr. Walker and her staff (Tonya and Kawanna ) are AWESOME! She will be performing ALLLLL future work on my mouth. I learned the hard way, after straying from them after being with them for over 18+ yrs to go somewhere else for care. I came crawling back and she took care of me like I never left. She and her dental hygienist/assistant (I hate I didn$0027t get her name) made me feel very comfortable before, during and after my procedure. I never experienced any pain. Not even after I got home and the anesthesia wore off. I highly recommend this office and will be back.

Office staff is completely unprofessional. They overcharge us and when I contacted them regarding the issue, the excuse was they had the wrong estimates loaded for our provider and did not realize they already received payment for the service. They directed me to their accountant to fix the issue but no one ever called me back or responded to an email. I have been chasing an overpayment from this office for months with no response.
I guess they do not expect anyone to look at their EOB from their provider but when you do they give you a sorry excuse. Never again.

All staff is very professional and friendly. I had an infected tooth they saw me right away same day as i called and after a week of antibiotics got me right back in for removal. My appt. was at 9am tooth was out by 10am great job! Thank you to you and all your staff!

I am very upset with the treatment of my grandparents and little cousin at this office. They arrived early at 3:00pm for a 3:30pm appointment and wasn$0027t called to the back until 4:41. They were overbooked and there were no seats for my elderly grandparents so they were either forced to stand or sit in the car.
