i was pleasantly surprised to had finally found a dentist to come back to..again.. .I am very selective and rarely, i had repeated with a dental clinic; but this place was a rare find.. is comfortable, affordable and the Doctor and everybody else is very professional yet warm, friendly and attentive. and a very clean and modern facility. it should be more places like this in Atlanta..where you pay with satisfaction. Best dental practice in the area!! I havent seen a dentist in a long time prior to visiting this office, so I was worried coming in for my first visit. But, I will be coming back here for my routine visits from now on. I was impressed on the level of professionalism and care from the dentist and staff. Dr. McKenzie is very thorough, explains what to expect during the visit and takes her time. The staff is friendly: Madison and Kevin are very patient with answering all my questions. Also, bonus points for the waiting area being beautifully designed. Highly recommend, great dentist and staff!

I really loved this dentist. The Dr and the staff was very professional and friendly since I walked in. The office was nice and it was in a convenient location.
After my exam I was told I needed some fillings done and the staff was very friendly and gave me several payment options to continue treatment since I have no insurance. I ended up enrolling in their membership plan which offered me 20% discount on my treatment so this definitely saved me money. I thought this was a great option for people like me and I am happy I found this dental office because I had never seen this type of membership plan elsewhere. I scheduled my next appointment already and I am looking forward to get my teeth fixed at this office.

Well first, they send you confirmation messages which is amazing. Youll always be on track of everything. I came in and got greeted by Yuritzi. She followed me through the e-paper work clearly and thoroughly. It takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. After, I gave her the tablet back and I only waited about another 5 minutes and I was ready for all the procedures. They did an x-ray on my teeth and then took pictures of my teeth. After completing all that I got switched to another room and my teeth cleaning began. I was done in less than 10 minutes. I was taken back to the front desk and was given a little baggy with a tooth brush, floss, and toothpaste. Talked to Yuritzi one last time and I was out the door. Overall my best experience at a Dentist. I will be coming back every 6 months for my regular checkups!

Best dental office I have been to. I made an appointment for a regular exam and cleaning at the Lilburn office and was extremely impressed by Dr. McKenzie; she was very welcoming and friendly from the beginning which truly made the experience more relaxing. She completed my exam explained a few things I needed to take care of, walked me through my options, and explained everything with a lot of detail and answered all my questions to ensure I understood everything completely. I went in for a filling and was very impressed by Dr. McKenzie; she was very detailed in her work and truly showed that she cared about me being comfortable. I was super nervous at the beginning because I hate needles but the Dr. was patient with me and I didnt even feel a thing. At the end of it I was also shocked that I couldnt even feel where the filling was done which was amazing because in the past Ive felt my teeth grind one another for a few days or had to go back to get it fixed but this time I felt great from the beginning. I will definitely keep going back to Dr. McKenzie for future dental care.

The best dental experience Ive ever had. Dr. McKenzie took her time to evaluate everything and find out what the problem was which 3 other dentists failed to diagnose. She came up with a very conservative treatment plan and all my pain on that side went away.
Very professional and knowledgable with a welcoming staff all treating you like someone they know. I even saw her colleague getting treatment from her in the room next to me. That says a lot that even other dentists trust her work.

I spoke with a guy and explained this to him and he said he would get it cancelled and I would not be charged. Here we are in April and they charge my card. What kind of fraudulent mess is that.
