The first thing that I pay attention in a Doctors office is professionalism. His staff is very nice and understanding but the dentist has no bedside manner or so ever. He doesn$0027t even take the time to really talk to the patients. I understand the office is busy but the experience a patient has is what keeps new patients coming in. You wait for him for more than an hour and apparently only his time is what matters not the patients. Its nice when you feel just like a number and one more patient he is getting paid for.

I called for an emergency appointment yesterday and the front desk told me to go the office to be seen since I shouldn$0027t wait for my issue to get worse. I got to the office after driving for an hour and the doctor didn$0027t want to see me. the office manager told me it was because of my «bad review» last week and she told me to go to an urgent care. I didn$0027t know reviews had so much power over the type of care we as patients receive but even if that was the case i should have been notified which is my right as a patient. I work with patients too and we get bad reviews as well because not everyone has the same experience, but we don$0027t take it negatively but constructively and make the necessary adjustments to make things better and provide better quality of care; that$0027s what reviews and patients$0027 feedbacks are for. One of the things medical school/dental school teaches is patient relationships are more important in the first 5-7s than 30 minutes and the reason for my last review was because it would have been nice to get a «good morning» or «have a good day» after patiently waiting for more than an hour. Also, I do want to make it clear that I never put in doubt his work ethics because I am sure that so much training and 25+ years of experience makes you very knowledgeable in your field, but definitely there are management issues that need to be improved at your office. Anyways best of luck to you and your staff members and thank you for the hygienist that saw me the last time and took the time to talk to me, I appreciated it so much and just want to say that you are awesome and I see how caring you were.

This dentist is so professional and does such great work that I even recommended him to my 80+ year old mom. I went yesterday for a cleaning and was taken well cared of. The support staff is also too notch. The office is super clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Dr Abreu himself is the consummate professional. There is no long waiting around, either, like you might find in some other offices. Alas, COVID protections are strictly enforced. I highly recommend Dr Abreu.
