Only concern I have ever had is a technician stating your insurance covers xrays every year, do you want to have them today but not looking to see if I have any benefits left. I sounds as though the service will be covered by insurance, when in fact the dental benefits for the year are expended. I learned my lesson last year when I got panoramic xrays because my insurance covers them every 3 years, and youve never had it but realized after my benefits were all used up already.
