I$0027ve been going to Dr. Lashen for over 20 years and now bring my young son. We love Dr. Lashen, he is a wonderful dentist. It is a family owned practice, the whole staff is warm and welcoming and I$0027ve always had nothing but an amazing experience. Dr. Lashen, Dr. Klein, Darcy, Brenda, Heather, and the front desk (Nadyne, Barbara, and Debbie) are just AMAZING! My young son was definitely scared but Dr. Klein and Darcy are the dream team, especially with kids. They were so over the top friendly, making him actually smile and laugh while getting cavities drilled. I can$0027t say enough good things and am so appreciative that they were able to get the job done even with him being so nervous and fidgety. Dr. Klein definitely inherited those magic hands from her father, Dr. Lashen, because my son didn$0027t even flinch for the numbing needle (he hates needles and did not even realize he had one!) Thank you so much Dr. Klein and Darcy and the whole staff! Everyone there is super friendly, professional, they make you feel comfortable, you can trust them and they do amazing work! Normally I love this practice. Today I was not happy. My daughter went to get a cleaning and she only uses one specific hygenist. When I made appointment she had her. She goes to appointment today and she ends up having to use another hygenist. She had an issue with her in the past and she did not want to see her again. She even told hygenist that it hurt but she continued. I spoke to office staff to voice my complaint. I feel it will be addressed and I won$0027t have a problem again.
