My family all goes to this dentist office and referred me to them. I went and the staff were pleasant and kind. I had a great deal of anxiety but the dentist and dental assistant were very patient, accommodating and gave me time to relax. It meant a lot to me that they werent rushing but instead listened and genuinely took care of me. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Lam was very professional and I had a great dentist appointment with him. I thought he did an incredible job, and clearly, he is very good at what he does. He was able to use a camera to show me how a filling was deteriorating right on the spot and was able to replace it.
He really cares about how your teeth are doing and it shows. It is not that the many other dentists that I have had in the past don$0027t do this; they just don$0027t do it to the level of Dr. Lam. Decided to look for a new dentist in the area and struck gold! The staff (receptionist, hygienist) was extremely friendly and Dr. Lam was very patient with all my questions. He explained step-by-step what he was doing and made me feel calm throughout the entire process. He gives his full attention and provides complete end-to-end service. I had a fantastic experience from my dentist appointment with Dr. Pedro Lam. I came in for a cleaning but upon further examination of my teeth, I had to get a couple fillings. Dr. Lam took pictures of areas that he was concerned with, showed them to me, and explained in laymen terms how he was going to go about the filling procedure. Had a great experience with my cleaning here and all the staff are super friendly! I appreciate the fact that Dr. Lam actually takes the time to explain everything about your teeth and gum health to you whereas other doctors in the past just saw me for 3 mins to look at my xrays and passed me off without explaining anything. Dr. Lam answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and he stresses the importance of establishing good routine habits to prevent more serious issues related to dental health. Educating patients is important for us to take care of our teeth better, so I dont know why other dentists dont take the time to do so.

Took my new client examination yesterday and I am so glad I did! The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. The hygienist that worked on me did a great job with the cleaning; my teeth didn$0027t feel any soreness afterwards and the overall cleaning session was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I appreciated it the most when Dr. Lam pulled my x-ray results onto the big screen to go over his analysis in detail – very thorough and informative!
Staff: I enjoyed my interactions with the the other staff as well. Karen, the hygienist, was very gentle and communicative. Sybil, the receptionist, was very detailed explaining the price breakdown and very professional over the phone.
Environment: the entire office is very cozy. Theres Netflix available if that is your thing, but I preferred sitting back, and relaxing to the jazzy music playing in the background. All employees keep on their masks during the entirety of my visit and follow COVID-19 guidelines.

I still remember my first appointment with him and thought to myself, wow, he spent more time talking to me in this one appointment than probably all my past appointments with other dentists combined. He always thoroughly checked my teeth and once he personally cleaned them without the water scaler due to sensitivity from my receding gums. What I appreciated most about him was that he gave his honest opinion on how to best treat several of my issues (e.g. receding gum lines, etc.), but also gave me other options as well. Never thought Id write a glowing review for a dental office, but I was so impressed by my visit that I wanted to share. Very professional and clean space following strict COVID safety protocol with sanitizers, temperature checks, and triple masks/face shields for the dentists who will be working in your mouth. Dr. Lam took the time to really ensure even a simple cleaning was done right, and gave helpful tips on how to prevent staining at home. Had my X-Rays done as well, which was quick and painless. Dr. Lam put the images on a screen, walked through any potential areas of concern, and answered all my questions in a patient and clear way. Will absolutely be coming back for all future dental needs; cannot recommend highly enough.
Bonus: Netflix on the TVs! Makes the visit go by even faster.

Who doesn$0027t want that? If you have questions or concerns, he will take the time to explain things to you. Front desk workers need more training and should be more clear about cost upfront. My first experience with the front desk staff was not good at all. They misplaced my paper work, and booked my appointment on the wrong day. The girl who took care of me did not know what she was doing, she did not offer me a time and just booked me. I was greatly disappointed with their service. Sadly the front desk staff is not nearly as lovely as the dental staff.
