This Dentist is absolutely phenomenal! I always had severe anxiety about dentists and Dr. Molly has done an extraordinary job of putting me at ease. We$0027ve been going here for 7 years now and our whole family goes here and we appreciate that we can schedule appointments for the family back to back.
I had a temporary crown come off and Dr. Molly met me at 9:45pm tonight, the night before Thanksgiving to fix it for me. Wow! What incredible customer service!!!

After 24 years with the same wonderful dentist, our family dentist passed away early last year, and we began the search for a new dentist. After visiting several different dentists, we are so happy to have found Dr. Ted Marshall and his lovely daughter, Dr. Molly Marshall Hays. We have seen both – and both are exceptional – both in their knowledge and in their level of personal care. Both took an interest in our needs and spent a great deal of time with us – we felt as if they genuinely cared about us as patients…even though we were new to their office.
Their hygienists are also excellent – very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. At the front desk, both Kristen and Irene bent over backwards to answer our questions and to help us schedule our appointments and treatments. They greeted us by name as we walked in the door – even though we were new to their office.
The office itself is very pretty, very clean and very peaceful – not noisy and chaotic.
All in all, our experience was a great one. We will be switching our entire family over to Marshall Family Dentistry! Thanks to everyone there for making us feel right at home.
