I called to set up an appointment for a problem tooth and was scheduled for the next morning. I ended up needing a crown and Dr. Mobley was able to take care of it same day. The staff are always so warm and friendly. COVID protocols are in place. Patients are screened upon entering the office, all staff are wearing masks and clinical staff wear additional protective equipment when in rooms with patients. You enter the office through the one door and exit through another. Wonderful group that takes good care of their patients!!

I felt very safe during my visit to Mobley Family Denistry. The day before my appointment they called and asked the normal questions and told me to make sure I wore my mask. Upon arrival I received the same questions and had a temperature check. Pens were noted as cleaned or dirty and we were asked to place them in the dirty cup when we finished so they could be cleaned. Signs indicated where we could sit allowing for distancing. The hygienist not only had a mask on but also a face shield. When you exited you left another way than how you entered. Again I felt very safe while there and knew they were following all protocals. Of course the entire staff was very pleasant which makes your visit completely enjoyable! I was very impressed by the level of preparation taken to prevent current Coronavirus issues. Patients feel better when providers go the extra mile to protect us all. Connie was great, as always, having to do extra work on teeth that had missed their regular dental visit for a while when offices were closed or patients stayed away. Dr Rhonda Mobley and Staff are by far the best! They took time with me, explained what was going on with my presenting problem, and offered good solution. They are organized, despite the pandemic and the waiting time was minimal. They got me in quickly when I called with a problem. My 3 year old had her first cleaning today, and she was… reluctant. After several refusals on her part, we all decided today was just not the day, and that we would try again later.
