TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!
I called the Ocala office (off of Maricamp Rd) on January 3rd. I gave the lady at the front desk all my info and she scheduled my first appt for February 8th, or so I thought. I called the morning of February 8th (today) to confirm my appt, before I drove over there. The lady at the front desk checked the calendar and said I did not have an appt for today or AT ALL. I expressed my frustration that I had called a month ago and scheduled my appt for today. I vividly remember the conversation b/c the lady had told me the next available appt was in March so I quickly took the February appt. The lady I spoke to today said they could not squeeze me in until APRIL. Not once did she apologize, address that they had made a mistake on their end, or do ANYTHING to appease me or smooth over the situation. I asked if there was a manager I could speak with and she said no. I will NEVER go here, nor do I recommend this facility to anyone. I$0027m not sure what the dentist is like b/c I clearly never got to meet him, but the women at the front desk lack customer service and in my opinion, are morons.
