Was treated horribly by receptionist, Rita, and Dr. Schiavone. This facility denied me treatment and handled me with the upmost unprofessionalism. I wanted a simple routine checkup and had scheduled with them. I did not receive a confirmation email, text, voicemail nor call as a reminder of appt. I missed said appt due to work related matters and called back to reschedule right away. Still receive no indication or call from them that I missed. Rita continued on rudely that Dr. Schiavone states I cannot ever reschedule with them EVER in this lifetime and how their policy(WHICH IS NOT OFFICIALLY WRITTEN OUT NOR COULD THEY PROVIDE PROOF OF VIA EMAIL etc) prohibits me to even pay for a reschedule fee despite at what cost I was willing and able to pay just to be seen at this establishment nor is there a time period in which a year /6 months I can resch. Theyre perception of me was totally bias and filled me with pure and outter disgust, and disrespect. Its not worth it for how inhumanly they treat a person .. suggest not to book here unless u want to be treated like a dog or monkey.
