I needed several procedures done and his workup (x-rays and oral examination) and review of what was needed was so incredibly thorough that I was actually excited about the procedures. Sounds crazy but he was reassuring and realistic about the expectations. The tireless work he performed on just the first of all my procedures was painless, thorough, and perfection. He restored my ability to enjoy chewing my food instead of going through pain each time. In addition, he and his staff accommodated my son on an emergency procedure that he needed right before he left for college. Laura and Toni are just the most genuinely one of THE nicest staff he employs and the practice is truly FAMILY goals. I am moving the rest of the my family over to his practice in the new year. I went in for a tooth extraction today. I was apprehensive because I$0027d had two previous extractions, by other dental physicians, that for me were very traumatic. I shared this apprehension with Dr. McCleaster. We engaged in a conversation prior to the procedure, in which he explained to me simply and thoroughly exactly what would be done. I was looking for a new dentist after my original dentist retired and went to McCLeaster family dental for an initial set of x-rays and a cleaning. I had high anxiety going in a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists. I typically take nitrous oxide to even get my teeth cleaned as well as take it along with Novocaine for any dental procedure. Clarisa did my cleaning and she was absolutely fantastic very gentle listened to where my pain points were and just did a phenomenal job and I got through it with no nitrous oxide at all. Dr McCleaster came in to look at the x-rays and talk about next steps He was really awesome explained a lot of things that were going on and what our next steps would be very friendly very knowledgeable just very chill. Going back for a couple fillings on June 22nd and have no worries or anxiety at all.
