Dr. Nail is the best Dentist Athens has the luxury of having! Including his staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your visit is anxiety free and most comfortable. This is my second visit for a cleaning only. I have some other extensive work that needs to be done but I$0027ve put that off for reasons unknown. I chose Dr. Nail and his staff because I did some investigating on the web. 5 star reviews with over 300+!? That right there was a winner in my book. Mind you I do not have dental insurance so everything is coming straight out of my pocket. But for me I pay for top notch service and that$0027s what I$0027ve been receiving since day one. They understand that money doesn$0027t grow on trees and have multiple payment options and emotional support to guide you through the process. After today$0027s visit 2/1/21 Dr Nail and his team has become family to me and I appreciate every service that will go forth from here on out. Even though I still get nauseous from hearing the word DENTIST lol.

The Cadillac of dental service. Dr. Nail and staff are professional and courteous. Ive never met someone who didnt seem to be having the best day of their life within those walls. The hygienist and support staff are all knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Dr. Nail is patient and willing to sit back and talk through any questions you might have and never seems in a hurry. They are also phenomenal with children as well. The dentistry takes care of my whole family which includes a 3 and 5 year old. Would not change anything about this operation.

Had my first appointment with Athens Oconee Dentistry yesterday and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Nail and his team. From the moment I walked in (even with COVID-19 going on), I felt comfortable and welcome. Leaving the house makes me pretty anxious right now but Dr. Nail and everyone at his office helped me feel so much calmer because they were so calm, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The employees at the front desk were safely behind plexiglass and wearing gloves for handling paperwork, insurance cards, etc. safely and were friendly and helpful. When my family and I moved to Watkinsville a few years ago, I asked friends, neighbors, and coworkers for dentist recommendations. I kept hearing such wonderful things about Dr. Nail, so I decided to go with him and I am so glad that I did!! Dr. Nail is the nicest man and he really takes his time when talking with each of his patients. I have never felt rushed while visiting his office. He is very knowledgeable and uses high tech equipment. My family and I have all had our teeth cleaned by Hope, Holly, and Hanna and they are all very nice as well. My cleanings have never hurt or been uncomfortable and I always leave with my teeth feeling thoroughly cleaned!! Dr. Nail is now in a new building and it is such a clean, beautiful facility. Dr Nail and his staff are amazing. My family began using Dr Nail a few months ago. His staff greet us at the door when we walk in to the beautiful relaxing waiting room. Then the hygienists were top notch. No pain at all during the cleaning. My teeth looked white and shining afterwards. Then I found out I had some cavities that would need crowns. When the day came for the first crowns, I was not looking forward to the numbing shot. This doctor gave me the shot with zero pain as the injection went in my check. All new digital equipment used here. No pain at all and to my surprise when my crown came in to be fitted it was shaped just like my real tooth! I will add that the temp crown was in securely and I had zero pain during the process of get the crowns. ?? Highly recommend for your entire family!

Holly takes care of my wife and I hear nothing but great things about her. Dr. Nail has approximately two decades of experience and is extremely knowledgeable.
