I am new to the area and was looking for a recommended full service dentist nearby. I am extremely happy with my decision. The staff is polite, current on techniques and technology and very good at what they do. I was made aware of some pending issues and given a thorough education as to how to prevent further issues. I also inquired about other cosmetic services and was pleased to discover that this office provides them. Dr. Marshall has a great bedside manner and is authentic in her concerns about healthy dental hygiene. I have made my next appointment and excited about improving my smile. I will likely move within a year but keep this office as my dental go to. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall and staff for all dentistry.

Great office located in downtown St Petersburg. The front desk reception made me feel right at home immediately when I walked in the door. My crown was made right there in the office in a matter of a few hours which is very convenient for the sake of time off from work. Can$0027t say enough great things about the whole crew there. I$0027m sure I$0027m not alone when I say I hate going to the dentist. With that said, needing a cleaning I was referred to Kristine Marshall as the one to go to. From the moment I stepped in the office it was an immediate sense of relief. The once inside its a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, friendly and most of all genuinely good. Once in the chair, the positive vibes continued. Dr Marshall explained everything and was very pleasant through out everything. From the initial check up was moved over to the cleaning. Must say seeing the size of Raf I was apprehensive (the guy is jacked). But, he was awsome. Again explained everything and even with his size, he was still as gentle and caring as Dr Marshall herself. Needless to say I am a patient for good now. So much that I am canceling my dental insurance with my fire department since I will be going to them from now on. If you need anything with dentistry, I suggest you check them out.

????Since the high reviews for this office is what influenced us to become patient$0027s, I feel obligated to write this review and alert others to errors of this practice, not only in general dentistry but billing and cosmetics.
I$0027ve been here twice for two cleanings and that was enough for me. My wife 7 times for 2 crowns, 2 caps (4 visits) and 2 cleanings for a total of 8 visits.
My wife is paying 16k to another cosmetic dentist to get the two caps redone that were done at this practice. After 3 setting visits for the caps she just settled out of frustration. I wouldn$0027t recommend anyone just getting two caps on their front teeth, you should get a minimum of four. She is getting a total of nine done now.
Front desk is nice and respectable. My hygienist who is no longer there, was very rough, and I$0027m not really a sensitive guy. ?? I was told I needed 3 crowns. I didn$0027t trust what they were saying and went back to my dentist in Virginia and they confirmed I only needed one crown. It$0027s been 3 years and I still don$0027t need those other crowns ??
?? One of the crowns my wife had done ended up getting infected which led to a root canal. Both the new endodontist and the dentist confirmed that need for a root canal was likely caused from gap not fitting properly.
Worse yet I found out at that I didn$0027t have dental insurance and had to pay out of pocket for the crown. Which is not the fault of this practice, but an error by my provider.
?? This practice tried to process two payments for visits and had over a year to alert me that my insurance was not going through. More than likely if I would have preceded with the three crowns I would have ended up paying out of pocket ??
There$0027s a reason why they call it a practice. Remember that ????

This is a great dentist! I come every six months and Dr. Marshall keeps my teeth in tip top shape. I did have to have an implant put in but I knew exactly what to expect.
