It$0027s very hi-tech dentistry, and they made the crown and composite filling while I was there (so no return visit needed). I would definitely recommend this Dr. Kauffman. I got a thorough cleaning and evaluation during my first visit; before I even visited, the front office let me know what my charges would be for the services I was getting. I will have to go back for additional services, all charges discussed with me in advance for my approval. They were very mindful that we$0027re still in a pandemic with all staff wearing masks and patients socially distant from one another in the office!

I was going in extremely nervous about getting a root canal. He made me feel better about it as he was very personable, clear and thorough about what was going to happen this visit and the next visit in order to save the tooth. He showed a genuine interest in me, and as a new mom to a baby girl it was funny to hear a story he shared about what he experienced with his daughter. His staff is also amazing as they worked with me and were up front about payment, what to expect etc. During the procedure his dental assistant consistently reassured me everything was going to be okay and I was doing great. I literally didnt feel a thing during the procedure and by the end of the evening it didnt even feel like I had any work done to my mouth. I followed the post care instructions that were given to me and I feel great. This is my second time having work done with Dr. Kaufman and both experiences were great. I would highly recommend with no reservation.

Upon first arriving, I was warmly greeted and welcomed. The waiting/sitting area was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Their admittance process is streamlined. They sent me forms days prior. Upon arriving, I signed a few docs and was led right away to an available bay with a terrific view of the city from the 40th floor. Everyone, especially Doretha (Admin Mgr), Mai, and Asia were so nice, and attentive. They took their time to explain steps and answer questions. Dr. Kauffman skills with the drills are astounding. I would come to find this out later as I had barely noticeable pain afterwards. I am very grateful for that alone. Before my visit, a rear badly damaged tooth made life extraordinarily painful, but a visit to Dr. Kauffmans ended that that day. You will not regret choosing this wonderful group of dental experts and professionals for your dental needs. Though, like most, I am no fan of someone poking around inside my mouth with metal instruments, but after my procedure, I can say, I am indeed a fan of Dr. Kauffman. I had a terrific experience! Not only do I recommend Dr. Kauffman, I am looking forward to where this skilled dentist can take my smile game.

I was a little disappointed with these folks. Though I have been to this Dentist before and Dr. Kauffman; the staff was great, but this time around not so much.
I needed to have some dental work done and the nurse did her thing and came back and said this is what it is, period. Just handed me a piece of paper and said that might be out of your price range, sorry but that$0027s all we can do. Didn$0027t has much mentioned any payment options which I thought was weird as they have done that before with me. I never saw Dr. Kauffman, so I don$0027t know if what i was being told to me was accurate. Just hearing it from a middle man. (Woman) so I wasn$0027t really given any options or advice. Though this office wasn$0027t part of my network, it was the quality and service they provided that made me go back. Not after this episode, I guess I$0027ll stay within my network and give my business to someone else.
