I highly recommend Woodstock Dentistry for their friendliness and their thorough, economical treatment. I had an old silver filling that needed to be replaced. My regular dentist took X-rays and offered me two possibilities, which we would decide when the silver filling had been drilled out: if the tooth was in good shape with only a small hole and no crack under the filling, they would replace the silver filling with a porcelain filling; if the tooth had a larger hole and/or an underlying crack, they would have to put a cap on the tooth. The cost of the cap was quite expensive compared to the cost of the filling.
Because of the potential high cost and because I wouldnt know in advance which option I would need, I decided to get a second opinion and had the X-ray of the tooth sent to Woodstock Dentistry. They agreed that the filling needed replacement and that they wouldnt know what needed to be done until the old filling was removed. But they described a third option if the hole was fairly large but the tooth structure was still strong, so that a cap wouldnt be necessary. They would custom-make a porcelain inlay that would fit inside my tooth exactly; this option was only a little bit more expensive than the price quoted to me by regular dentist for a replacement filling.
I asked my regular dentist about doing an inlay, and they said they didnt have the technology for it. So I scheduled my appointment with Woodstock Dentistry. Dr. Marshall, there, was professional, caring, and a good listener. I felt completely comfortable with her drilling out my filling and recommending and carrying out the treatment. I did, indeed, did end up with the inlay and its been perfect. Thank you Woodstock Dentistry for your great work!

This is my sons account. I am a 44 yr old female with many poor experiences with previous dentists. This is my 3rd time here and Im getting major restoration done. I have 2 implants that were done Poorly 10yrs ago and the crowns on them were worse. Dr Marshall and her assistant Adele had their work cut out. First, let me tell you. These ladies are professional, personal level and very smart. Also, they happen to be pretty which does help when u have to look at them for hours. Lol. Dr martial is an artist and an inventor. she jumped right in and did what she had to do. She was able to actually make parts as problems occurred from the previous work. Shes fearless. Most wouldnt have touched the botched job that was there. I left today with 2 temp crowns and a revised implant. It was done in under 2 hrs. It wouldve taken multiple visits for others. There was a lot of grinding and drilling but it was completely pain free. Im sore as heck now as expected but the temps look MUCH better than what was there. I cant wait until I see the finished product and my new smile. One last thing, my dentist is also the owner. Hows that for impressive! They are the BEST!!!!

This office by far is the best dental/oral surgery experience I have encountered. I had oral surgery this morning to remove a wisdom tooth. Dr. Williams did an amazing job. I will admit at first I was very apprehensive, stressed , and doubtful, that a dentist in Woodstock could and would help me. After chipping an already bad tooth (front tooth)at around 1pm I called almost every dentist in my area (Milledgeville GA) and all of them turned me away without having a SIGNIFICANT down payment. I was in tears i had given up. I ended up finding this dentist and called and they were able to get me in at 330 perfect timing as it was as a 2.25 hour drive. And when she said that I cried like I ugly cried because I couldn$0027t get care credit and I couldn$0027t pay cash. But the sweet doctor and assistants and hygienist all assured me they would take care.of me. The doctor ended up finding a payment plan that works for me and is extremely reasonable and her staff and her even stayed almost 2 hours later to get my temporary crowns put.on.these.ladies are angels truly. They are amazing and I would and will be driving 2 hours 4 hours id even drive 6 hours to stay with this practice. They were gentle my crowns look amazing and I didn$0027t feel like I was just a paycheck to them I actually felt like they cared and I could not have had a better experience at a dentist. So if you$0027re looking for one this is THE PLACE to go forever.

I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Marshall on 5/10/19. I had lost my dental insurance and not seen a dentist for a couple of years because I always had excellent checkups and good homecare. So when I was told I needed a root canal and crown, as well as 3 month deep cleanings for gum disease, I didnt have a recent frame of reference. I now had insurance, so proceeded with the root canal and crown even though really not having any pain with the tooth. She told me it was dead which is why I had no pain, but it would become problematic. The extra cleanings were not covered and I didnt have bleeding or sore gums, so didnt get the extra cleanings. I returned for my 6 month cleaning and after being taken back to the exam room waited more than an hour and was told I needed to speak with finance, which I replied I did not. I was then told it was illegal for them to clean my teeth while I had gum disease. I thought the hygienist was unprofessional by making such a statement, but then when Dr. Marshall came in she told me the same thing. Obviously, I realized I what I was dealing with and left. When I realized the level of dishonesty this dentist would employ to get money. I reviewed my charges for the root canal which had seemed very high considering I had insurance. I contacted my insurance who said the charges exceed what they were allowed to charge and directed me to file a complaint. The insurance company directed Dr. Marshall to refund $340 I was overcharge. That was 5 months ago and they have not refunded the money, nor responded to my emails. Also are ignoring my requests for my records to be sent to my new dentist, who commented at my first visit Your teeth look good; no signs of gum disease. I believe that is why they dont want to send my records; I doubt that I needed the root canal and crown.

Back in April I had a major mouth emergency and Woodstock Dentistry got me in first thing to took care of my problem and gave me some confidence back. Now I am on a full plan to get my teeth and smile back to where it was years ago and I am already loving my smile in pictures again. Dr Marshall is AMAZING. Shes sweet, hilarious and makes you feel so comfortable. Not only does she take my hate of hearing drills into consideration but she has spent every visit getting to know me personally and not treat me like just another body in the chair to get in and out. She has gone out of her way for me and to fast track my bigger concerns before my wedding at the end of July. I will go here over anywhere else and will recommend to anybody looking for a caring and efficient staff. I used to hate the Dentist, though Im still a little scared of going, but I genuinely look forward to seeing everybody and leaving happy. I honestly cant say enough good things, I could go on and on.

Very pushy about procedures and very expensive. Had a life threatening emergency and called in advance on my way to get medical treatment, the staff showed no understand and said they would keep my $100 deposit. My husband called back and they agreed to not take my deposit. However, they can keep it because my family will not be back. Dentist was nice.
