I am always apprehensive about dental work whether it is a teeth cleaning, a filling, or something more extensive. Everyone on the staff from the front desk staff to my wonderful dental hygienist, Tina, always makes the effort so that I feel welcome from the moment I step into the office. Best dental experience I$0027ve ever had! I have major anxiety about going to dentists. The staff at First Choice are kind, understanding, and patient. My cleanings and fillings were done very gently. They also give great advice to help improve your overall general oral health- not just targeting problems but also prevention. This is the coolest dentist office I$0027ve ever visited. They offered amenities that I didn$0027t know I wanted. Mom had concerns and strong opinions because of past personal experiences and because she had been given some misinformation from her peers. Dr. Sharkus graciously took the extra time to listen to what mom had to say. After thoroughly evaluating her oral health, he helped mom to determine for herself which treatment option would best meet her expressed needs and goals. From the start of the dental evaluation mom explicitly said she did not want dentures. Dr. Sharkus respected mom$0027s wishes, and he did not try to «push» the option of getting dentures onto mom. He provided her with three viable options for how to optimize and even improve upon the condition of the few teeth that she had remaining. He provided practical and feasible options, and that is what mom was looking for. Dr. Sharkus has successfully protected and improved upon mom$0027s remaining teeth. A very friendly and helpful staff. Kristen is the BEST at cleaning my teeth; sweet, patient, and kind. I always get a new toothbrush whenever I visit the office and never have to worry about insurance issues as they take care of it all. A great place to spend an afternoon!

Staff put on a friendly face but are incredibly incompetent. I needed to get an estimate from my insurance sent in and that proved too difficult for them. They failed twice to submit the request and call me back despite my repeated attempts to work with them on getting it figured out. This is also after they tried to bypass my insurance and have me pay far more than I should have. I think this office is incredibly unprofessional and would not recommend doing business here.

Great, friendly service. I normally go to the First Choice location in Verona but have gone to the Regent St location a few times for emergency needs. Staff has always gone the extra mile to help. On my last visit, they even helped book a procedure with a Capital Endodontics so that I could get the help I needed the same day.
