I waited a long time for x-rays and pictures of my teeth. I was there around 2 hours total. Thats not terrible and its understandable. After waiting, I was told I had some cavities and needed a deep cleaning. They came back with a price for over 400 dollars out of pocket for the deep cleaning. When I asked if I could just have a regular cleaning for now and come back for the deep cleaning when I could afford it I was told they wouldnt do it because theres no point in cleaning my teeth until I pay them over $400 for the deep cleaning. Every other dentist Ive been to at least does the routine cleaning. Then they tried to get me to take out some kind of loan to get all the work done that day. I told them no thanks. So after all that waiting they did nothing for me and had me leave. Dont worry, they made sure to tell me they billed my insurance before I left. I guess I dont need to brush or clean my teeth anymore until I pay them the money. Apparently theres no point.

Last time we spoke, she was to have my file transferred from the office in Richmond. I called her out on it for not doing as she said., with her promise to get back to ASAP. Terrible!!!!! I paid over $2k out of pocket for work never completed but billed. Still paying on another $7k in hospital bills for cellulitis of face and neck and another $1000 to have bridge done properly and $890 to have permanent crown placed elsewhere( as ins. will not pay for another crown for 5 years.) When I suspected infection i was put off for days for patients getting cleanings and new money coming in. I paid for crown and root canal in full months prior and was sent directly to at first site form dentist. All of this was avoidable. I would give 0 stars if possible.

If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff could not be nicer, and they genuinely care about each of their patients. My insurance wanted me to pay $2000 out-of-pocket for a much needed oral surgery, and CeCe called them and negotiated my cost down to just $350. Tried to add on additional services at additional costs,even thought they are preferred dentist with my insurance which means cleanings are covered 100%. Very young inexperienced dentists and hygienist along with unprofessional front desk, so with all of this I walked out without a cleaning and will not be back.
Its kinda of like the training grounds until they become real dentist/hygienist. Was able to get into my regular dentist later on that day due to a cancellation.

However, I kept receiving a bill for over a year that was not owed and made numerous calls with promised call-backs that were never received. It was finally rectified after a significant amount of time was spent, on my part, to have the charges removed. I recently had a visit scheduled and after arriving, I was informed it was not for six more days and at a different time. I will assume responsibility for this, but for me to get in wrong, I would have had to input both the date and time incorrectly in my calendar-highly unlikely. Additionally, when exiting, I was going informed that the balance for the visit was $60 +/-, I informed the staff member that my insurance should have covered it. She checked again and affirmed my suspicion. Then I was informed that my next visit was on a particular date and time, I informed the staff member that I just scheduled it with the Hygienist and once again, a different date was given from the front desk, I repeated the date given by the Hygienist, and the staff member apologized for their confusion. Had my wisdom teeth yesterday. Took less than 30 minutes and all I remember is being taken out in wheelchair. Today some minor jaw pain but I expected to be worse! Very happy with outcome. Great Doctor and nurses! Shouldve done this years ago! -Adylenne

I went for a general cleaning, the doctor was busy. Her assistant Roberto Bautisca then did the cleaning for me. He is very nice and did a very good job of clean my teeth. He also gave me suggestions of how to clean my teeth at home better. Very appreciate his work. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I am not sure about the treatment they want me to do. Different doctors gives different suggestions.

I had a cleaning and wasnt so much clean. Plus they gave me no solution to a problem I had. Never called me back to pick up a certain toothpaste that was given with free cleanings. Shrugs. I miss my old mom pops dental office in Killeen by a seasoned dentist.
I hate those new age nice looking offices because the love, caring and respect for what they do is rare. Someone fwd me to a better dental office.
