Scheduled my 4 yrs old sons filling, dentist was frustrated because she normally does not treat children. She did not properly numb him and got frustrated at my child for experiencing pain and crying, despite him not fighting her or moving. My son is a tough and he does not cry unless he is in pain. If they are inexperienced with kids then why schedule them for filling after the annual check up. She was rude and actually said that she normally does not treat children. Never going back.

I called yesterday to see about scheduling a new patient appointment at the Fairhope office. They got me in today and I had the BEST experience at a dentist office Ive ever had. I was anxious about going to a new place, but they eased my nerves. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. There was some mix-up with the info on my insurance providers website, so I ended up at the wrong Northcutt location. I had to drive an extra 40 miles, but they made room for me since I was in pretty decent pain. The office is ran very efficiently and they are super professional. My D.M.D. and the dental assistant couldn$0027t have been nicer. A few shots and a short time later the pain was gone. I hate going to the dentist, but I$0027m tempted to drive the extra hour out of my way to continue to use this Northcutt location!

I broke off the back cusp of one of my 1st premolars on a Friday afternoon and was able to be seen by Dr Freeman that same evening when all other dental offices were closed and unwilling to see a new patient. She was outstanding. Upon evaluation she determined my tooth could be saved and I was treated again on Saturday morning for a crown. I am new to South Baldwin and have been searching for a while for a new dentist. God led me to Northcut Dental and I am more than pleased with this dental practice. They will now be my permanent dental practice.

The staff were all very friendly, made you feel like part of a family. The dental hygienist that I had, did a great job, completely pain-free. My teeth felt so good after she was done, I did not want to eat anymore. Afraid I might ruin the great job that she did. The dentist herself, was very friendly and explained everything that was going on. Would highly recommend this place if you ever have any tooth/teeth problems. You will not find a better place then Northcut Dental

Got me in last minute same day since I was off work for another appointment. There was no wait time even though the office seemed busy. I was seen almost immediately by a nice guy from the Bay Minette office to take X-rays and then was taken care of by a great dental hygienist and seen quickly by the dentist. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and the process was a breeze. I highly recommend this Northcutt office in Fairhope!
