The doctor who took care all of us was great. I just had a problem with the front desk lady. As I was checking out, trying to get my childrens next dental cleaning, I also told her I needed to get mine done for filling. The dates she gave me dont work for me, and the dates that I am available dont work for her. There was another lady waiting to schedule her next visit and all of a sudden the front desk lady told me give me a second and proceeded to take care of that person. This place is dishonest. I scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance and the day of my appointment they called me and told me that my insurance took them out of their network. I called my insurance to confirm it and my insurance company called Care Dental directly while I was on the line with them. Care Dental then informed my insurance that they were still in the network but could not take in any more new patients. If a place is not accepting new patients, it is my professional opinion that they should simply tell the truth, rather than lie to a potential customer saying they are no longer in their network. Let me say I HATE going to the dentist with a passion. I avoid it at all costs. I have never once been to a dentist I liked or ever had a good experience with one. Well these guys are a first. Seriously I DIDN$0027T leave in massive pain, which has never happened before for me.. If you have really sensitive gums like I do get the numbing cream. That stuff is amazing and I had no pain. I was uncomfortable for moments but seriously no pain. Also Monishe(if I spelled that right) was so careful cleaning my teeth and flossing them. He was amazing. I am going back here for now on.

I LOVE THIS DENTIST!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My root canal journey started in July 2020 when I called them, in a ton of pain, begging for an urgent visit. Ameen, the gentleman who works at the front desk, answered the phone and told me that Dr. Asha Chinni wasn$0027t in today but he would call her at home to see if she could come in for me. Amazingly enough, she did! Wow! I was so impressed! Who does that in this day and age?! They were all safe, wearing masks. There is plenty of sanitizer and every precaution necessary was taken including waiting in the car before my appointment and taking my temperature and oxygen. I needed a root canal and Dr. Chinni recommended that I pull the tooth, it was so bad but I asked if there was any way we could save it. She said she would definitely try. Again, it WAS bad! I also had a huge, gross abscess on the roof of my mouth that she tried and tried to drain but it kept refilling. Whaaaat?? Too much? Cut to 4 months later with me coming back over and over
. and over again for her to finish this deep root canal. It was just bad and she refused to close it up while it was like that without getting all the grossness out. She said it would just swell back up and cause more complications. Shes just amazing! She came in on Saturdays, just for me because I couldn$0027t miss work many times! She is a kind and hard worker and selfless, just like all her staff including Gabrielle, Zareen and Lana. There are more staff but those are the ones that I had direct contact with and they were all warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Finally, in November 2020, my new crown looks BEAUTIFUL! Great job and thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!
