Business is business, and dentistry is dentistry; however, every time I visit this office for service, I feel like they are trying to sell me some thing. They are always requesting to take x-rays, when Ive already had x-rays done for the year, for some thing as simple as a tooth bonding. My insurance only covers so much per year, so anything extra is out of pocket.
They also encourage the use of fluoride after a teeth cleaning, at my own expense. Again, I understand that this is business, and pure American medicine, but sometimes I just want to walk in, get the procedure done, and walk out. I dont want extras. They do good work, and the service staff is friendly, but I feel like this office is more for sales rather than medicine .

This place will always try to get your money and give you services without letting you know that they were actually not covered by your insurance. I would not recommend this Denistry to anyone. The dental service that is provided is good, but when it comes to billing and insurance, thats where the headache lies. The front desk personnel never knows what she is talking about and is always communicating the wrong information. Even communicating before hand with her about what service I was coming for and the charges still doesnt help. They tell you one service your receiving and bill you for another. I was a patient for three years here, and the last incident I had with being over charged was it. I will never return here again.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and LOVE it. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Ive been here twice now and each time the hygienists and dentists have been great. They have always been on time and they also take the time to explain all of your options if there are treatments that you need. Ive seen two dentists thus far. So I will start of by saying the doctors here are some of the best and I really enjoyed going to them. Problem is, the doctors feel that their schedules are more valuable than their patients. When you are there, they are generally very punctual and adhere to their schedules. The problem is I have now had more than 4 occasions where I will get a call about two weeks out saying that their office will be closed on that day now and I have to scramble to readjust my schedule to get in. Usually all the morning and evenings are booked 2 weeks out so I have to miss work because they did not want to come into work. I am not sure any other business could operate where you frequently cancel on your patients just because there arent enough appointments for you that day.
I loved this office and kept trying to give them one more chance, but it has got to the point where it is clear they dont value their patients schedules at all.
