Was in need of a dentist and came across Mitchell Dental on a Google search. Was ever so glad I found them. For starters, it is a very nice facility. It was easy to book an appointment and was great to receive text reminders for my appointment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and assist in helping you out if you are uncertain about your insurance policy. When I entered my room, there was a nice welcome gift waiting for me. My cleaning went very well and my hygienist was very gentle with my cleaning and it was not uncomfortable at all. The doctor was also very friendly and came to do a check up on me as well. After the appointment, snacks and drinks are available to the client. Was a wonderful experience, will definitely be continuing my care here and have made referrals to other friends who have also loved their experience as well!!

Also the rates they quoted and the additional amount they charged after the procedure was completed was hefty ( they blamed it on insurance and insurance blamed it on them – I ended up as the loser in this transaction ). Nice place , welcoming staffs and it stops there.

I would not recommend Mitchell Dental to anyone…I was given 2 different dentists the 2 times I went for treatment. I was given 2 different recommendations, the second being over $2000 worth of extra work (on top of the $1700 they already charged) that the first dentist never mentioned. Also, the office failed to mention that my insurance allowance would be maxed out in the 3 visits I made, and I would have to pay the difference. I was made to pay in full upfront, before I even had my procedure. Customers are not put first here…money is. They are greedy, and all they saw when they looked in my mouth was dollar signs.

I went today to get wisdom teeth pulled and as soon as I walked in the door they made me feel like I was at home. Tori was super sweet and my nurse Rachel was the most amazing nurse I have ever had. She talked me through everything and even when I know I wasn$0027t doing the best job she assured me I was. I will forever come to this clinic and forever recommend. Will be switching my youngest son over to Mitchell Dental! Thank you guys for all your hard work, support and kindness!
