Called a few weeks ago to make an appointment for a bonding to be redone. While on the phone, the receptionist pulled my old dental records (from when I had gotten my braces/bonding done with them several years ago), chatted about what I would need to bring for new insurance, and told me that since they hadnt seen me in a while, I would have to come in for a cleaning before talking to the orthodontist.
I took 2 hours off of work and showed up on time for my scheduled appointment. Once I arrived, they told me they had no record at all of my appointment or any upcoming appointments scheduled for me. What appeared to be the office manager (young lady with a headset) stepped in and told me they had no record and she could reschedule me next month. I was already disappointed in driving all the way up there for no appointment, but what made it way worse was the lack of kindness or treating me with any remorse. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Instead I felt to be treated as a lost child who didnt know better.
Had a great experience there as a teenager, but now as a grown women, it seems the temperature in the office has changed. If the staff made any attempt to right a wrong, I would have been happy to make an appointment. However, I think Ill go somewhere else to receive any new veneer or bonding work.

We have been going to Brentwood Dental since they first opened up, we have to Tshirt to prove it! I have entrusted all three of my children with Dr. Alex and Dr. Robert, along with a few of the other dentists. They have always been great with my girls, so patient and kind. I$0027m very thankful they have had a great dentist experience growing up so they will continue with their dental care in the future and not be scarred from bad experiences!!!
