After my original dentist told me that my tooth was too worn out for a crown, I wanted a second opinion as I am elderly and have lost many teeth.
Dr. Harris was recommended to me by my daughter and she was spot on.
Not only was he able to put a new crown on, he did it the same day I went in for a consultation and did it all in one sitting. I also saved several hundred dollars over other quotes from my former dentist.
3D printer crowns was a new concept for me and was all done right in the office.
Dr Harris is a hoot and a shout out to Brittany for finding my favorite music artist to listen to while getting the work done. The rest of the staff were great too. I will be moving all my dental needs over to his office.

Dr. Harris was his usual great and attentive self for a difficult procedure yesterday. Ive been a patient of Dr. Harris for over 20 years and wouldnt change for any reason. The front desk, Dental Assistant (Christian), and hygienist (Vicki) are super and kind. Weve been seeing Dr. Harris for a few years. A few days ago I got a pretty nasty swollen gum, and after dropping my son off at school l, figured I go in and schedule an appointment. I let the front desk know what was going on and they said sit down and wait we can see you right now! They throughly checked it out with xrays and Dr. Harris did some testing to make sure the tooth was fine. The cleaned up the gums and teeth and I was on my way. Today the swelling is nearly gone!
We love this office, and we arent fond of the dentist. Dr. Harris is funny and caring, and works really well with my dental anxiety. The hygienists are spectacular and great at easing anxiety. The explain everything before they do it. So if youre not fond of the dentist, and want one that is understanding, this office is for you!

We took our 3 year old to Avella for his first dentist visit. The hygienist (Ms. Vicki) was so awesome with him. She took the time to explain and show him what everything was, blew up glove «balloons» for him, and made him feel very at ease. This was my first visit to Avella Family Dental. I had concerns that they would be pushy as many other dentists have been in the past, trying to get me to purchase other services that I didn$0027t want. What a relief to find this was not the case. Dr. Harris gave me several suggestions, but never pushed. He just said we would deal with those items when it was required. Dental Hygienist was very good and did a pain free thorough job. I will be going back!
