Terrible experience all around. We walked into an empty office which was the first alarm. The whole 2-3 hours the two of us were there, there wasn$0027t a single other patient. Dr. Thomas had the time to check us out personally, which normally would be very nice, but in this case just added to our discomfort. Even though we informed the office when we called to schedule our appointments that we have insurance and would like to use it, when we were checking out, Dr. Thomas hands us the bill, (much more than expected), and expects us to pay full that day! We explained that we have insurance and he acted a bit flustered and became defensive and said «oh they probably won$0027t pay, but you can try…». We ended up paying about half and sent the claim to the insurance (that$0027s the last I heard of it, so I$0027m assuming insurance paid).
The worst part was, while we were being examined by him he unnecessarily put his finger in between two of mine and told me to squeeze as hard as I can to explain plaque or bacteria in between teeth. Why couldn$0027t he use his own fingers? Then he also made an unnecessary reference to $0027bra straps$0027 and $0027panties$0027. You$0027re a dentist, why do you bring up things that may possibly make people uncomfortable when you really don$0027t need to. We were extremely disappointed as he was referred to us by a family friend.
Do not go here, especially if you are a women who doesn$0027t like men touching you unnecessarily or making weird inappropriate jokes.

Dr. Thomas was amazing. I lost a crown flying into Florida and he was able to replace it perfectly within a few hour. He is advanced with technology. My husband then the next year lost «HIS» front tooth boating in the Bahamas. They stayed late on a Friday night for him. He did not get there until 7:00 pm and had him a beautiful new tooth but 11:00 pm. After meeting him we agreed to take our four kids to him because of his philosophy on prevention. He could be a bit more expensive in the upfront cost, but in the long run it will save you money.
