Dr. Sharone Reid should have her DDS license taken away. She ruined my teeth! I went there for a root canal and crown and instead had my teeth permanently ruined. If I could give her zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I wish I had never entered her office. I would not recommend this place! This dentist has ruined my teeth, I was not provided with the service that was supposed to be provided to me as I was paying for it. These braces were a waist of money and so damaging to my teeth and The band would always pop. I was even told once they were removed Id receive a permanent retainer on the back of my teeth and all I received was a plastic retainer that didnt even fit my mouth and would cut my mouth. I wanted to love this office. I was offered a $500 discount if I paid in full for everything I could potentially need. I did. Next day I received 2 quotes form another dentist and realized their prices were a bit high so I requested to only do the imminent work and give me a refund for the rest.
It completely breaks my heart to inform that 14 months later this office still has refused to refund me over $4k.
Yari, however, is wonderful. She is the saving grace of that office

At the time of installation I worked at T mobile and the dentist Sharon was adamant that she was such a great dentist and she can fix my teeth no problem . First off, the braces were marked up nearly 200%. Secondly the process was not fully explained. I$0027m expecting six (6) months of Invisalign, yet when installed, I got regular wire braces. But okay, perhaps I misunderstood. Now fast forward to the application. I arrive early for my scheduled 9am appointment and I am made to wait while the ENTIRE staff assists the «orthodontist» with applying for her Hurricane Irma food stamps. I waited for fifteen (15) minutes before I had to ask if there was a problem. They rudely did this within earshot like it was okay and/or professional to be handling personal business in front of customers. Customers who have jobs. Customer$0027s whose jobs pay the exorbitant prices you charge. But cool. Braces on. I was then instructed by the «orthodontist» to call if the silver anchor came off so I could get a same day appointment to repair. The anchor comes off the very next day. I call and was told to come nearly a WEEK later for repair. When I advised how uncomfortable a wire sticking you in the teeth and/or biting on metal is when trying to eat I was scheduled for Friday at 10am. I arrive today at 10am and the office is closed. Even your Facebook page says you are open. It saddens me that when you try to empower your fellow women they conduct themselves and their business in such an informal and unprofessional manner.
