I would like to warn future patients of my/ my daughters experience. My daughter has been needing braces for quite some time, she is 16 years old, and is very insecure when it comes to her smile. Being that this is a costly expense we werent able to get her braces earlier. We were pretty excited that financially we were at a point in our lives that we were doing fairly well and started the process.
Visit 1. We had a consultation and the dentist did some work on a few cavities.
Visit 2. Dentist stated two of the teeth he had crowned would need to be removed for the braces.
Visit 3. Total of 4 teeth were removed (2 of which were the crowned teeth)
Visit 4. Consultation with the orthodontist and spacers put in. Was told braces would be applied on the next visit (3 weeks out).
Visit 5. My daughter was extremely excited and counted down the days. Returned to find out they didnt have an orthodontist. They readjusted her spacers and set her up with another appointment 3 weeks out.
Visit 6. Returned in three weeks still very excited just to find out they still didnt have an orthodontist. (I never received a call for cancellation) spacers stayed in.
7. I continued to follow up and see if they found an orthodontist.
8. Today I got fed up. Her original appointment for braces was in October 2020!!! It is now February 2021 and my daughter STILL doesnt have braces. Just got off the phone with them and asked them if they had found an orthodontist yet and they still havent!!! Then I asked them how long spacers are supposed to be in because she has had hers in for months! The lady on the phone said maybe one of the dental assistants can take them out, she put me on hold and told me to please come in on Thursday. I am not going back to that place.
Every single visit cost me money, even when all they did was readjust her spacers since they didnt have an orthodontist.
I sincerely hope they didnt damage her teeth. I will not be returning to this location EVER.
My daughter has an appointment at a different place on Monday and if all goes well she will be getting her braces the same day! They said at the very least, if something more needs to be done, they will be removing her spacers for free.
Carnival dental charged me over $150 each time they adjusted her spacers. ????

Had had an awesome experience with the doctor he explained everything really detailed and gave us his full attention was not even in a rush I will definitely be coming back and bringing my son for his 6 months check up plus they have a mini theater room to entertain your kids and they have a PlayStation for your kids to play with and on top of that they even feed you dinner thank you so much the girls up front are awesome as well..
