Worst possible office staff experience. I can$0027t ever get anyone to answer the phone or return my multiple voicemails. They lost my file file and mixed it up with another patients records. The hygienist and dentist are great. Office staff is incompetent. I will be finding a new dental office.

His office staff lied about price. Too remove teeth for his office.Then they tried to tell me it was because she wanted to be put to sleep which was a lie. AS SHE HAD 6 TEETH REMOVED AT ONCE FOR BRACES and wisdom teeth out without twilight. Dont lie to me about my child.
They also said they could not extract my sons tooth that he lost his crown on. He had the exact tooth on the other side removed 5 years prior. Again they have a tooth extractor. Then they said his roots were weird. Well I took him to Aspen it came out whole,his x ray and the tooth showed no weird roots. In addition they charged him for an x ray even though he had been their a few months before for his cleaning and x- Ray$0027s and it was completely unneccessay just a money grab.
They are just out to scam money. I wrote to the dentist, no call back!, they lie, they dont communicate. DO NOT GO THERE IT IS BAD!! I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE!
