Ive been an RDA for 30 plus years, I had my first laser filling today. It was a wonderful experience not having to get numbed to fill a tooth. Dr Kayla and staff are so courteous and explained things completely before the procedure. I recommend this to anyone and my experience was Totally pain free!

Just thought I would have a routine cleaning of my teeth, but the hygienist immediately detected a problem with one of my back teeth saying that I had an abscess and X-ray and dentist confirmed her sighting. Even though I have to go to a specialist to have it evaluated, Im thankful that it was noticed. Felt very comfortable with advice and services.

Very pleased! My 6 year old had a couple of cavities that needed work done immediately! They got me in very quick and was very kid friendly! My son absolutely loved them, the entire staff was very patient! I highly recommend Dr. Fry especially for children!

What an amazing experience. To say I was nervous is an understatement. But the whole time we laughed and talked and I was put at ease. My teeth feel so clean now! Also, my daughter is autistic. Highly recommend this office! I was in town visiting my grandmother and I got a horrible toothache. I called this office to see if they could squeeze me in and they got me in that afternoon! I ended up needing the tooth pulled and Dr. Fry had me in and out in under an hour. The price was nice and fair, too! If I lived in Marshall, I would always use this dentist office!

The dentist is my absolute least favorite place to visit. This place is absolutely the BEST for family dentistry! The staff at the front desk is always helpful, patient, and really seems to look forward to helping the patient with insurance questions and anything else. My husband had some work done on his teeth. It was done in multiple visits. They had gave us an amount what it would cost. The first two visit was paid and my insurance paid the rest. The last visit we paid the balance . It was a couple of months later we received a bill for $188 dollars. When I called they said it was put under a different tier. I called my insurance and they said the dentist was no longer taken my insurance. I am very upset, the dentist should have let me know. We would have had the work done with a dentist that was in the network. If I had not called my insurance I would still believe we were in network. In my profession we have to let our clients know what they are expected to pay or if insurance has changed. If not it goes against our licenses. Its unethical! Very unhappy clients.
