I highly recommended this office if you$0027re in need of a great dentist/orthodontist! Amazing customer service and very attention to details. Dr. Tuan Tran and staffs are incredibly nice and very patient. Wonderful assistants and professional dentist. Dr. Tuan Tran always answer any questions and concerns even after business hours. I went to All Stars Dental last month. The staff was friendly and I got assistance right away since I had made an appointment in advance. The service was okay, but Dr. Tran was just full of it. He came up with these lies saying I needed braces in the future, needed my wisdom teeth extracted pretty soon, and that I had a cavity. He assured me I had a cavity by asking me if I feel any pain on a particular tooth. I assured him I didn$0027t and was saying it$0027s not possible I can$0027t feel any pain on that tooth. Really? Haha it was lie after lie. Not too long before I went to All Stars Dental a dentist told me I don$0027t need my wisdom teeth extracted anytime soon.
All I went for there was a cleanup and that$0027s it. He insisted on me getting a root canal for my «cavity» and my wisdom teeth extracted during the next 2 visits. Dr. Tran, there$0027s not gonna be anymore visits to your office! So you can rip me off and take money out of my pocket and from my insurance company? Braces?? Dr. Tran, don$0027t make me laugh!!
As a side note, his English is not good. He needs to definitely learn more of the language or go back to Vietnam!!. Long story short, he and his staff were friendly and respectful, but not when it came to being honest. Don$0027t trust him when he says you need other service treatments.
