Dr Biggerstaff and her staff are top notch. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office is very clean and well taken care of. I had to have a bone graft and then and implant placed. I was very scared about how painful this would be. Was I very wrong, Dr Biggerstaff is an excellent surgeon, I had very little pain just some soreness. The staff was also very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were upfront and let you know about cost. Most insurances do not cover dental implants. I would recommend this office if you have to have oral surgery done.

My daughter had to have a procedure done and she had a wonderful experience here. Went to this office for wisdom teeth removal. I had three friends who got the same procedure done with Dr. Biggerstaff and had nothing but great things to say. From the start of the process with the consultation they were extremely informative and took the time to sit with you, explain the procedure, make sure youre comfortable and not rush the appointment. The day of the surgery they went over everything they were doing to prepare so you werent clueless whats going on around you which was nice. Fast forward a couple weeks I had my gums swell where my bottom wisdom teeth were removed (found out it was unrelated) and they got me in the same day to take a look and got me on a treatment mouth wash. Had me come back in two weeks for a follow up. They could have sent me back to my regular dentist, but decided to still see me twice after my surgery even when they knew it wasnt directly related to the surgery. They genuinely care about their patients even if they are temporary like I was. Ill always recommend Dr. Biggerstaff she was amazing throughout the whole process!

What an amazing oral surgery office. My experience was 100% starting from the time I walked in the door. I am absolutely terrified of having dentistry work completed, however, Dr. Parker made me feel very comfortable. He is very personable, polite and gentle. What an awesome office, staff, and Dr. Wesley Parker was GOD sent. His gentle, kind approach to taking care of me (being a person nervous in a dentist office) in a way where I was NOT stressed out made the removal of my fractured tooth easy and carefree. Dr. Biggerstaff is wonderful. I needed to have an implant placed and was sent there by my dentist. I read the Google reviews before I scheduled and they all seemed positive so I felt comfortable making the appointment. I don$0027t know what that Heather B girl is talking about – sounds like an angry person. Dr. Biggerstaff and her team were wonderful, efficient, and I will definitely be using them again if I need more work done. Cheers!
