My whole life I hated going to the dentist, I came here because my wisdom tooth was bothering me, my friends who is been coming to see this dentist his whole life recommended to come here, I called because the pain was very bad, they saw me within 2 hours, didnt wait more than 10 min in their lobby, I went in and the doctor saw me they took X-rays, they did the surgery, after that I went home but they kept in touch making sure I was doing well.
They went beyond my expectations to make sure I was doing well after my surgery.
I will definitely come here from now on and recommend to everyone!

I lost my clear retainer (which is completely my fault obviously), and I ask for a replacement ($300 out of pocket – which is fine). However, they need to take an impression of my teeth again b/c they didn$0027t keep the mould on file. I expected they would store the mould for at least 6 months. What good is the mould if the braces got removed a few months prior? What are they going to do – take a mould of crooked teeth?
In addition, the customer service is terrible. The staff is unprofessional and will sarcastically reply to your questions in a very condescending tone.
