Este lugar es terrible! Lleve a mi mama para un procedimiento de implantes dentales y placas. Y luego de 3 meses el implante se le despego de la placa. Lleve a mama a dos citas adicionales. Y no resolvieron el problema. La supuesta doctora utilizo pegamento para que mama no se diera cuenta que le daño la placa. El problema era el tornillo no la placa! Ahora sin pegamento mi mama no puede comer. Es injusto tanto engaño! Ahora hay una deuda GRANDE y el problema no RESUELTO. JAMAS volveremos a este LUGAR! ES HORRIBLE..

They are the best dentists in Miami. Theyre gentle, thorough and not looking to make you get a whole bunch of work you dont need. I tried switching because theyre far from where I live now. Terrible mistake. The new dentist told me I needed all this work done (and Ive never had a single cavity). I went back and was given a clear bill of health with no up charges. Theyre totally worth the 45 minute drive.

Practically, no waiting time. I arrived about ten minutes early and in less than five minutes I was taken to one of the consulting rooms. I was treated affably and efficient. Shortly after I sat down in the dentist chair, the doctor showed up, checked and reviewed my case and in less than 1/2 hour I was finished.

I am very impressed with Dental Options, I started coming here after my boyfriends family recommended it. They have been going to dental options for many many years and I see why! I appreciate how they always remind me before my appointment. Not sure what the parking issue people are referring to, I always find parking easily. All of the staff is wonderful, and the prices are fair. In particular, Dr.Valery is amazing, she is kind and took the time to explain everything to me. After my exam I had my teeth cleaned by Jessica. I had a lot of recession and I was told my cleaning could be painful. That was the farthest thing from the truth. It didnt hurt at all and I was very happy with the job she did. Such a pro.

The orthodontist was really sweet and very detailed with her plans for my daughter and she gave me many options. The healthcare providers are great, but the office staff needs to learn how to treat people with respect and not like a factory line. We watched how the receptionist got into a boy$0027s face and told him that she could not help him because he did not have an appointment. My family never text back and we always have our appointment time. This office needs to be careful because they might also be violating HIPPA.
Bottom line…………..Respect everyone who comes into the door.
It is not about getting the patient in and out of the door to say you help out a patient, but it is also about respect. Yelling at someone who supposedly did not respond to a text is ridiculous. Patients should matter and that was not the case in this situation.

First timer today. Was very nervous due to COVID-19, but felt at ease and in good hands in the chair. Had a deep cleaning after over a year of serious buildup in some of my crooked teeth, and Ive never seen them look as clean as they did when I left my appointment today. Apart from the sheer artistry of that cleaning, everyone on site was very professional, kind and helpful.
Cant believe Im saying this, but Im actually looking forward to going back in a few months.
