I have been billed incorrectly every time I$0027ve gone here. It takes 5-7 MONTHS of arguing on the phone and across emails for the bill to get fixed. This means I have to pay the entire amount (a large portion of which I don$0027t owe), placing the risk of not being reimbursed on me rather than the service provider (otherwise I would be assessed a late fee on top of everything). Seeing as the exact same mistake has occurred every single time, I can only assume they purposefully fill out the paperwork to insurance improperly (they refuse to include the provider ID number, forcing an in-network visit to be charged as out of network) to get significant amounts of
money they aren$0027t truly owed.
I have also been told by the hygienist the past two visits that she thinks I have oral cancer, and then she walks me out, telling me to «keep an eye on it». If I do have oral cancer, I want a dentist that will take some action to help get me diagnose and treated. If I don$0027t have oral cancer, I don$0027t want to continually hear that some hygienist thinks I do. I will travel across states to go to a dentist over coming back here again.
