Finding Dr. Jeff Tollett and his team has been a blessing. He truly cares for his patients and he combines the skillset of an experienced dentist with the intuitive artistry that is required to do the work well. On my visit, I had my teeth cleaned with Alexandrea. She is thorough and very gentle with the cleaning. Then Dr. Tollett did the exam and was able to fix an issue created by my previous dentist. The practice is warm, inviting upon entering and the people there make it a joy to have services done. I$0027m looking forward to my next visit to the dentist. How many people can say that?

This is an extremely sincere review from someone it has been seein Dr. Tollett ever since he began at this location and let me tell you something he$0027s a great guy so it$0027s taking a special interest and every client i have seen him interact with. He has the talent to relate to people in so many different levels. besides his outstanding just to work which I will get to I have had the full spectrum of services from him…. but he never is too busy to explain to a patient why he is doing what he$0027s doing the effects that it will have health wise in the future benefits of why he$0027s doing what he$0027s doing. Anybody knows me knows I hate going to the dentist however I$0027ve had multiple crowns from Doctor Tollett in addition to several fillings and as of this week my first adult tooth extraction which I was terrified of doing.
Dr. Tollett was laughing at my drama and hysterics since you assured me who actually feel better once extracted. He was right again. He offered his after hours number in case I had knee issues and also confirmed and verified with me about my drug allergies and then discussed with me how my type 1 diabetes could cause me to heal over a longer. Of Time Versus a normal patient so insured before I left I had my specialized instructions. He accomodates me with my multiple other disabilities.
Okay the staff at this office and its supporting characters are so cool it is amazing when already entering to such a frightening place that everyone matter comes by to greet me and asked me how I am how is my family and they genuinely care… I$0027ve known most of these people so good part of my life but I will consider them my friends as well because they$0027re always so kind and friendly when they don$0027t know there$0027s some of those days I really needed someone to be kind to me and/or friendly as I had just been diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disease (incurable) and I was frustrated but they$0027re pleasant attitudes and real positive energy was contagious and put me in a better mood so the energy is very light. They will let you pick out what music you want to listen to and just want people to be comfortable (or as comfortable as they can be at the dentist office.)
I routinely fall asleep during my cavity fillings and this actually happened with Dr. Bam and Dr. Tollett. No other dentist has worked on my mouth while i slept.
I honestly really really enjoy being around everyone that works up there such as Maria and Christie. I feel so welcome there.
****Lastly! and most importantly**** this is a business that treats my family members amazing. My sister, my mother, and even my late grandmother all say such nice things when they leave dr. Tolletts office… since I love these particulars family members so much that is if they$0027re happy I$0027m happy and especially my grandmother always would say how$0027s this establishment is the gold standard of Dentistry with personality and accurate reasoning 4 doing the procedures that they do while making sure the patient is fully aware and in agreement.
nobody asked me to do this review and I have no financial interest in this business but I do have a comfortable ceiling that$0027s when I do have any issue whatsoever they strongly encouraged by reach out to them and as I mentioned it can be during business hours after hours and that$0027s how much they care….i see 11 different doctors to help me get better, and none is more enthusiastic to help me get there than Dr. Tollett. Im also a very diffucult pstient who has been known to know show on my appointments and they still havent given up on me.
Anytime in life when we meet anyone who is genuine it is important that we are grateful.
DISCLAIMER: my review tonight is reading from a place of gratitude and thanks. I$0027m not an investor nor am I related to anybody at this business I just simply give credit where credit is due in a world where there is so much mediocracy.
I have less reviews that is great and horrible reviews for doctors as I$0027m very fair and objective.
Even if u have a dentist, your dentist is not as cool as Dr. Tollett.
