They answered all my questions patiently. Liliya , the hygienist, was exceptional. I am writing this review for my wife. She has been a patient of Dr Funk$0027s for over thirty years and loves loves him and his assistant Patti. This week she was having pain in one of her teeth that required her to see Dr Funk. It took three days to get someone to call back just to make the appt. This is totally unacceptable. She did get an appt for today and she was very happy seeing Dr Funk, but when you are in pain waiting three days for a return phone call is ridiculous. All calls go to a call center and its impossible to get anyone on the phone in the office. She really loves seeing Dr Funk but if the smilist cant have staff answering the phones in the offices then she said she will have to look elsewhere for treatment. She has also told my son who is a patient and he had a problem making an appt as well. So please please go back to the other way and have the staff in the office in RVC answer their own phones or we will take our business elsewhere which is a shame because Dr Funk is so wonderful. I havent seen a dentist in almost 15 years or more. Im also very afraid of dentist. So they were gentle and just explained everything simply so I wouldnt be scared, always kept me in check how I was feeling making sure I was comfortable and okay. This place is amazing and the staff are sweethearts.
