A month ago, I received a dental filling between the first and second premolar teeth by Dr. Zhang. But the filling work was completely ineffective as large remnants of food are still getting trapped between the same teeth each time I floss. I asked the clinic to reevaluate and correct the filling work which they had agreed at no cost. However, after the reevaluation by another dentist, she concluded theres nothing wrong with the filling. The filling is only to cover the first premolar and is not supposed to prevent food being stuck between the teeth. Her explanation was completely different from what I was told by Dr. Zhang in the first place. Furthermore, I was informed during the reevaluation that my second premolar also needs dental filling which was never mentioned by Dr. Zhang in the first place. I was so shocked to find out that I need to pay the dental filling of the second premolar as they were eager to schedule another appointment for me. Its a shame they are unwilling to admit what was done wrong with the first dental filling with baloney, and still asking me to pay more filling and not fixing the cavity with food stuck between the two teeth. I will take my business elsewhere than wasting my money and time at this place.
